Office Administrator – Salford - £26,500 – Permanent – Office Based Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and well-established business operating within the Construction industry. The company has been established across Manchester and the North West for over 30 years and works with a strong portfolio of high-profile clients. The role will provide essential administrative support to the office and contracts teams. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and wider team * Carry out filing, scanning, photocopying, and accurate data entry * Prepare and organise documentation packs, including printing and collating drawings * Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems * Assist in compiling and formatting documentation packs and manuals * Support the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office, handling general administrative tasks as required Essential: * Experience working in a busy office environment * Strong organisational and communication skills * High attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Previous experience within a construction or contracting environment (not essential) What’s on Offer * Free on-site parking * Career progression opportunities * Company pension scheme * 32 days annual leave, including bank holidays To apply, please email your CV FAO: Ellie Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those successfully shortlisted for the role will be personally contacted.
