We’re looking for a Property Valuer to join a successful, fast-growing estate agency team operating across two busy branches. With strong demand for our services and an outstanding team already in place, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while being supported and valued every step of the way.
About the Role:
This is an exciting role focused on valuation, listing, and new business generation. You’ll be the face of the brand when it comes to client contact – so confidence, professionalism, and a passion for property are essential. Previous experience in estate agency and valuing is required, though full training and support will be provided to help you thrive.
We’re open to discussing flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Attending daily team meetings to align on goals
* Conducting property valuations for both sales and lettings
* Generating and converting new business opportunities
* Following up on leads and delivering high-quality client service
* Working to clear KPIs around listings, conversion rates, and targets
* Tracking your branch’s performance and contributing to its growth
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency
* Proven experience in valuations and listing
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a confident, client-first approach
* Strong closing skills and a flair for new business
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile for all business travel.

Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Every other Saturday (9am–12pm) – time back in lieu offered for Saturday hours worked
