Farnborough Airport Limited is seeking to recruit a Concierge team member who will report to the Customer Service Manager.
In this role, you will work as part of a team to:
1. Ensure all visitors, including passengers, crews, and tenants/employees, receive first-class hospitality.
2. Greet passengers and crew at the door, identify their flight, accompany them to the lounge as needed, and handle luggage appropriately.
3. Keep passengers waiting in the terminal informed about their flight status, guide them to the company vehicle when ready to board, and look after their luggage.
4. Offer Concierge services to passengers and crews, meeting their requirements or finding alternatives.
5. Facilitate arrival and departure processes for passengers, including checks by Government agencies (Immigration, Customs, etc.).
6. Perform administrative duties as required and assist the Operations/Reception team when needed.
7. Demonstrate and promote the company's values of Proud, Passionate, Ambition, and Together.
8. Participate in volunteering opportunities to support the company's goal of being an Employer of Choice and Responsibility.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including legislation and GDPR.
10. Support the team with ad hoc activities as requested.
About you
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Full 5-year employment/educational history with no gaps.
* Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check and security clearance.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
* Valid UK driving license or equivalent.
* Experience in delivering first-class customer service.
* Flexible with shift patterns.
* Airside driving experience.
* Customer-facing/Concierge experience.
