Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Conduct mobile servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models in line with manufacturer standards
* Perform DPF cleaning, inspection, and repair, primarily with the system remaining on the vehicle
* Support roadside and breakdown assistance as part of the mobile team
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
* Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and parts used
* Ensure a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies
* Mobile Vehicle Technicians support fleet maintenance schedules and deliver timely, quality service
Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in mobile, dealership, or breakdown vehicle repair environments
* Strong diagnostic skills with experience servicing multiple vehicle brands
* Familiarity with DPF systems, cleaning procedures, and repairs
* A full UK driving licence with a clean record
* Reliable, well‑organised, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach
