My client based in Huntingdon is currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based on the outskirts of Huntingdon.
· Own transport desirable due to the location!
· Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
· Salary £25-30,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
· First point of contact for customers
· Providing excellent Customer Service
· Helping with queries
· Processing orders
· Administration
Experience required:
· Previous customer service experience (Office Based).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
· Computer literate and proficient in using customer service/product ordering software plus Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude who is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
