Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their busy administration team and is looking for an organised, proactive individual to support their operations. Role Overview: You will be responsible for arranging, scheduling, and managing works across residential and communal properties using the company workflow system. This is a fast-paced coordination role involving engineers, residents, and internal teams to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. Typical tasks include scheduling testing & inspection appointments, arranging access with residents or site staff, updating job workflows, and managing documentation such as asbestos reports.
