Support worker, skipton & surrounding areas

Avalon Group are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team in and around Skipton!

Due to support locations, a driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use is desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a vital role in meaningful work, and help make a positive impact to everyday lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Supporting people with daily living, independence and wellbeing
• Supporting to pursue hobbies and enjoy a full social life, including going swimming, walking, and attending weekly activity groups.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion every day

What We’re Looking For

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential! Our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the skills you need to deliver your role with confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain and develop life-long skills!
