We are looking for a Personal Tailor at our Hackett Jeremyn Store to create a memorable brand experience for our customers and contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service while promoting the brand image.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Focus
* Demonstrate that the customer is key and deliver impeccable customer service as a priority.
* Greet and acknowledge a customer on entry, maintain contact while in store.
* Engage with the customer to understand needs and provide appropriate help and support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Develop knowledge of up-to-date product and unique selling points to promote benefits.
* Provide advice and guidance on products and services to meet expectations.
* Escalate customer requests or problems to ensure resolution in line with company standards.

Achieve Results
* Achieve personal and store sales targets.
* Understand store KPIs and how to influence them.
* Maintain awareness of brand image and competitors.
* Proactively contribute ideas to increase sales.
* Use mailing cards and brochures to attract and retain customers.
* Be aware of services offered in store (alterations, bespoke, made to order, click and collect, etc.).
* Know best sellers and suggest complementary purchases (cross-selling and up-selling).
* Carry out sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Assist, advise and help train other staff when needed.
Store and Stock Standards
* Replenish product on the shop floor to maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Minimize stock loss through awareness and prevention techniques.
* Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance.
* Complete other tasks as required by the business needs.
* Be a good ambassador for the brand and nurture good relationships with management and colleagues.
* Know stock loss expectations.
* Ensure sales transactions are efficiently and accurately carried out.
Requirements
Required experience
* Passion for the fashion industry
* Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector
* Impeccable customer service skills
* Outstanding sales skills
* Able to work within a team

* Well presented
* Above standard communication skills with an exceptional command of English
