Part‑Time Site Administrator (Edinburgh)
CCG is one of Scotland’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and we operate extensively across Edinburgh, where we deliver small to large‑scale private and affordable housing developments.
Our key client in the region is The City of Edinburgh Council, and we seek an administrator to support the delivery of Pennywell, a new 90‑home affordable housing development under construction in Granton, around 5 miles north of the city centre.
The ideal candidate will have admin experience within the construction industry, but this is not essential.
HOURS: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexi start/finish)
LOCATION: Pennywell Road, Granton, Edinburgh
THE ROLE
* Answering calls
* Typing minutes and general filing
* Assisting PM with weekly time sheets
* Maintain drawing filing system
* Prepare handover packs
* Assist with Health and Safety files
* Keep a log of all personnel on site
* Assist with material control
