HEAD CHEF
I am recruiting for an amazing Head Chef for a restaurant in the Wilmslow area With an emphasis on quality, atmosphere and fun above all else, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef who is looking to take their career to the next level.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation of this premium, fresh food concept. You are an integral part of the team and tasked with delivering a fantastic meal experience that will ensure your guests return time and time again
· Running a high volume, entirely fresh food kitchen. Maintaining the high quality of food produced and served
· Leading the back of house team to deliver our vision and values
· Ensuring full compliance with all relevant policy and legislation
· Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness at all times. To uphold the 5-star hygiene rating.
· Support with outside events, festivals, home catering and more
· Responsibility over stock ordering and stock control
· Recruitment and development of the kitchen team. Inspire our teams though training and career development.
Head Chef - The Ideal Candidate
YOU WILL BE:
· A high performing Head Chef from a fresh-food, high volume environment OR an existing Head Chef or Kitchen Manager looking to get into a higher quality, more premium business
· Able to deliver a fantastic, premium quality menu at a fast pace
· Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you
· Full of ideas and initiative and eager to employ a collaborative approach alongside the team.
YOU WILL HAVE:
· Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience at Head Chef level
· A genuine passion for food and delivering a great experience to your guests
· Knowledge of P&L, rota and stock management
Salary is £36000 to £29000
This is based on a 4 day week at 48 hours per week.

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
