The role Senior Programme Manager - Transformation Southern Housing is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, organisation‑wide programmes that drive meaningful transformation for our residents and colleagues. This is a permanent opportunity, based in either Farringdon or Sittingbourne, where you'll lead high‑impact initiatives that align to our Transformation Plan and long‑term strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Programme, you'll take ownership of shaping and delivering large‑scale programmes from concept through to implementation, bringing clarity, pace and confidence to change. You'll inspire and lead multi‑disciplinary teams, work collaboratively with our Service Design and Change and Product Innovation teams, and ensure our programmes are grounded in genuine end‑user needs. You'll be a confident communicator, able to engage everyone from front‑line colleagues to senior leaders, while championing robust governance, innovation and the responsible use of AI in line with our ethics framework. What You'll Need: Minimum 3 years' experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to organise and deliver complex programmes and projects work using various methods including MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, Miro, and other communication/organisation tools. Experience with digital programme delivery, user-centred service design, and financial management. Qualified in Agile (e.g. Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner) or willing to learn.
