Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents. Provide emotional and practical support to residents. Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion. Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community. Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
