About Our Client
The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for HR queries, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to the development of HR policies and training programmes. You'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across multiple sites, supporting strategic people initiatives and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Provide first-line HR advice across employee relations and recruitment
4. Manage recruitment campaigns from approval to appointment
5. Support induction, probation, and performance management processes
6. Maintain training records and manage e-learning systems
7. Produce reports and KPIs for HR and management teams
8. Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement
9. Maintain accurate records in the HR system (Cascade)
10. Support internal communications and HR projects
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
11. Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role
12. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
15. Experience with online training platforms desirable
16. CIPD qualification or working towards (preferred)
