Position Description
At CGI, we design and deliver services that make a meaningful difference to society. As a Senior Service Designer, you will shape end‑to‑end services that improve how people interact with critical public sector systems, ensuring they are accessible, effective, and built around real user needs. You will play a key role in influencing service direction, helping teams define the right problems to solve, and delivering outcomes that create lasting value. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of complex challenges, apply creative thinking, and contribute to impactful solutions that support the transformation of public services.
Benefits
CGI was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and has been named a UK ‘Best Employer’ by the Financial Times. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner, not just an employee. We are committed to inclusivity and building a diverse community of tech talent, including support for Armed Forces personnel. Join us and you’ll be part of an open, friendly community of experts.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

You will take ownership of service design outputs, from journey maps to service blueprints, and use visual storytelling to communicate ideas clearly.
