The Heaton Group are looking for 2 experienced residential Concierges to join our team.
You will be based at either our Urban Green or Berkeley Square developments in Salford.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role, Monday to Friday hours of work; 9:00 to 17:00
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Concierge plays a vital role in delivering a great experience to all our residents, with a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our tenants' expectations. Operating on the front line, you will be an ambassador of our company, ensuring the building is always clean and safe. Demonstrating the highest levels of customer care and are committed to consistently delivering high standards of quality and safety.
Core responsibilities include:
* Operate the concierge/reception desk, greeting people entering/leaving the building.
* Liaise with contractors and tenants to complete routine and scheduled maintenance.
* Be the first port of call for tenants, communicating in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage the phone, directing calls to the right person and/or department, monitor and respond to emails, and appropriately action any enquiries.
* Deal with complaints and/or incidents professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring that they are logged with the relevant person(s).
* Undertake routine inspections on building systems including active fire safety systems, to a specific scheduled checklist.
* Handle deliveries and collections, informing the relevant tenants of their arrival.
* Keep the communal areas clean and tidy.
* Carry out building patrols of the communal areas in and around the building and report/action any maintenance, security, and/or health and safety issues.
* Support the Property Manager in ensuring that building information is complete, accurate and documented always.
* Provide support and assistance to tenants.
* Uploading information from paper and digital locations and inputting into our central master spread sheets.
* Extracting actions from various reports, compiling and updating systems with progress.
Skills:
* Good organisational ability (essential).
* Knowledge of building operating systems and completion of routine inspections/testing(desirable)
