Family Wellbeing Practitioner Merton, London (community-based across the borough) 35 hours per week Duration: 3 months (initial contract) Rate: £20.35 PAYE exclusive / £25.70 Umbrella Start Date: ASAP About the Role The London Borough of Merton is seeking a proactive and committed Family Wellbeing Practitioner (Unqualified) to join their Children, Schools and Families Department within the Family Wellbeing Service. This is a rewarding frontline role where you will work directly with children, young people (0–25), and their families to provide targeted early help and intervention. You’ll support families with complex needs, helping them make sustainable changes and improve outcomes.
