About the Role:We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join our team, providing overnight care for Adults with emotional and behavioural difficulties and autism. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and wellbeing throughout the night while maintaining a calm and secure environment.Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the safety and security of the residents during the night.
* Responding to any needs or issues that arise overnight.
* Managing challenging behaviours if required.
* Keeping accurate logs and records during the shift.
* Adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
This role requires availability for night shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins, which will be discussed further at the interview.About You:We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with adults in residential. Experience with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs is preferred. You should be dependable, patient, and able to manage situations calmly and independently during the night.Essential Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK. - no sponsorship Available
* GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Willingness to complete a Level 4 Diploma if not already achieved.
* Compliant with pre-employment checks, including enhanced DBS, satisfactory references, and proof of right to work.
Desirable:
* Full UK driving license.
