If so, this could be an ideal next step for you. Were looking for a Training Co-Ordinator to join our GXO Direct operation supporting SC Johnson Professional at our Denby site. This is a new, permanent role, responsible for managing and coordinating all training activity on site, ensuring compliance, engagement and continuous improvement across all departments. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, on days, with flexibility required to cover between 06:00 and 22:00 when needed to support operational requirements. What youll do on a typical day: Coordinate all training activity across the site in line with business, compliance and customer requirements Act as an ambassador for learning, providing coaching, support and on-the-job development Deliver MHE training and support wider training delivery across operations and support functions Maintain accurate training records, evaluations and compliance documentation What you need to succeed at GXO: A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT), or extensive MHE experience with the ability to achieve trainer qualification Experience coordinating training within a warehouse or operational environment Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels A flexible, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains
