Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within M4 Recruitment for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Bristol branch to aid our expansion and growth plan. We are looking for a confident and motivated Consultant / Senior Consultant seeking the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your desk by generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Industrial sector for our Bristol Branch.
Responsibilities
* Grow and develop your desk by generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Industrial sector for the Bristol Branch.
* Contribute to the expansion of M4 Recruitment through new business opportunities and client development.
* Support existing National Contracts while driving new business leads.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven experience of working within the driving & industrial recruitment sector – ideally temporary recruitment.
* Experience of working with KPIs and hitting targets.
* Target driven and motivated by your own success.
* Confident in your approach to cold calls and able to sell our services both by telephone and face to face.
* Responsible for the growth of your desk by generating new business leads & supporting existing National Contracts.
* Organised and able to multi task.
* PC literate including Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full Driving Licence and own vehicle.
Details
This role will be Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.30 with flexibility dependent on business needs.
