Technical Sales Support Engineer | Omagh
The Technical Sales Support Engineer is responsible for providing ongoing support to Product Management and delivering assistance to the Finlay Brand, Dealer, and Customer network globally. This role involves offering Application Solutions and creating as well as maintaining product support materials.
Career Key Responsibilities / "What you'll do"
* Provide technical support for Finlay crushing, screening, and conveyor products to sales teams, dealers, and end users as needed.
* Collect and analyse performance data onsite for plant simulations.
* Supply plant simulations and layout drawings via Aggflow and Visio upon dealer request.
* Support competitive intelligence material creation for sales.
* Prepare, update, and occasionally deliver training presentations on product application.
* Represent the sales team at trade shows, conferences, and open days.
* Help with machine installations and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
* Generate necessary product management information for NPPD projects.
* Conduct dealer surveys and market analysis for product management.
* Participate in courses to improve training and presentation skills.
Qualifications / Education
* A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience Level
* Experience with mobile crushing and screening equipment or within an industrial environment is preferred.
* Demonstrated creativity, innovative thinking, and strong organizational abilities.
* Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
