JOB OVERVIEW
As our Revelyst Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing, selling to, developing, and servicing the account base nationwide in the United Kingdom. You will promote Bell Powersports, Fox Racing, and Camelbak products to designated accounts, providing support materials, presentations, and sales efforts.
This position reports to the UK and Ireland Country Manager, Robert Robinson. It requires four days per week on the road visiting your allocated accounts and one day working from home.
As the National UK Sales Representative, Revelyst, you will:
* Optimize sales and service for Bell Powersports, Fox Racing, and Camelbak accounts through proactive outbound sales.
* Maximize sales of all products with a persistent pursuit of sales goals within assigned regions.
* Manage account sales through pre-book and at-once business via visits, email, and phone.
* Engage with accounts to drive revenue and promote current campaigns.
* Maintain timely and responsive relationships both externally and internally.
* Keep your manager informed of opportunities and issues, collaborating to resolve problems.
* Enhance sales knowledge through communication with accounts, product teams, and management.
* Stay current on product trends and identify new opportunities based on inventory and regional needs.
* Increase sell-in and sell-through with seasonal merchandising presentations.
* Participate actively in sales meetings and provide feedback to the UK Country Manager.
Qualifications:
* Minimum three years experience in retail, inside sales, customer service, or field sales.
* Experience in the Powersports industry is essential.
* Familiarity with Powersports product lines, industry trends, and marketplace dynamics is preferred.
* Ability to create and deliver product presentations to dealers.
* Understanding of financial data to inform decisions.
* Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
* Capability to manage multiple projects independently.
* Strong negotiation and influence skills.
* Results-oriented with a successful track record.
* Excellent communication skills across all business levels via phone, email, and in person.
* Knowledge of sales processes, policies, and procedures.
* Experience collaborating with various business partners on projects.
* Ability to analyze business issues and develop creative solutions.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
* Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
