Your responsibilities will include:Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standardsSetting the example by delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTR's high presentation standardsActing as the Site Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when requiredIdentifying and reporting faults or vandalism using the correct proceduresMonitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where neededMaking sure all tasks meet company quality and safety standardsThis is a role where your leadership genuinely shapes the passenger experience.
