ECare Trainer 3 months fixed term contract Up to £30,162 per annum pro rata Based in Treliske but this role requires workers to travel across the country to deliver training as required Spinwell is recruiting for a ECare Trainer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ECARE TRAINER To deliver training on the new eCare system and business as usual solutions to all NHS staff across the Cornwall Healthcare Community. To contribute to the creation and improvement of IT training materials, courses and user guides used to deliver and support flexible IT training solutions. To deliver project related training including preparation of new materials and user guides The post holder may also assist with IT projects, IT support and help desk activity. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ECARE TRAINER Educated to diploma level or has the equivalent hands-on IT experience. Ability to identify and solve a range of problems related to IT training delivery including common hardware and software errors. Advanced IT skills for use of software, including excel. Informal coaching or teaching experience Ability to explain complex subjects in clear concise understandable terms to staff with varying knowledge levels of the subject matter Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and experience Excellent presentation & organisational skills and experience Ability to motivate, encourage and counsel learners Ability to engage with existing and future e-learning forms of course delivery and learner support Ability to work to the quality standards set by Cornwall IT Services Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues applicable to IT equipment and the classroom environment If you are a ECare Trainer, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
