As a Concierge, you'll make a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether it's through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.
Concierges respond to enquiries and convert them into memberships. They are often the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, handling transactions, addressing queries, and participating in outreach projects. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and supporting the team, ensuring the highest service levels at all times.
What you need:
* A strong focus on customer service
* Passion and personality
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Great team player
* Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills
* Some experience in administration
What you’ll do:
* Be the first point of contact for customers
* Answer incoming calls
* Handle transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
* Manage membership enquiries and sales
* Set up equipment
* Support your team daily, including preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the centre
