About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team. This is a junior position, ideal for someone early in their finance career who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can step into the role quickly, follow established process guides and training videos, and contribute from day one. Soft skills are equally important, and we are looking for someone who is dynamic, hardworking, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including billing and indicative variance analysis Oversee accounts and take full ownership of assigned reports Support the month-end process by updating trackers and reports to ensure deadlines are met Assist with purchase ledger activities, including invoicing, processing receipts, bank reconciliations, journals, and chasing discrepancies in orders Support with ad hoc requests from the Senior Leadership Team and the wider group About You This will suit someone who is early in their finance career and is eager to build hands-on experience within a management accounting environment. You are dynamic, driven, and ambitious, with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude. You enjoy working as part of a team but are also comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities and seeing tasks through to completion.
