The role supports multiple UK sites and plays a key role in talent management & development, employee relations, reward, organisational development and employee engagement. The HRBP will also support mergers and acquisitions activity, including integration, change management and cultural alignment, and will be accountable for the planning, delivery and cost management of employee engagement initiatives.
