Client Relationship Manager - £38,500 – £57,750 DOE - Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a growing team in a role that blends account management, client success, and strategic sales. You’ll be the go-to contact for a set of key clients, helping them get the most out of their services, while spotting opportunities to expand those relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long-term relationships
* Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, handling day-to-day communication and support
* Ensuring services are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities that make sense for the client and business
* Working with internal teams to deliver client goals and manage expectations
* Keeping clear records of all communication, feedback, and commercial activity
* Tracking account performance, reporting on KPIs and metrics regularly
* Helping coordinate internal efforts across departments for a seamless customer experience
* Leading client reviews and renewals, supporting contract discussions and commercial decisions
* Taking ownership of both client retention and revenue growth targets
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who’s commercially aware, great with people, and confident juggling multiple priorities. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for solving problems and delivering results.
