Key Responsibilities • Fitting, removing, repairing, and balancing tyres on a variety of vehicles (cars, vans, light commercial). • Assisting with wheel alignment and vehicle checks under supervision. • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude with clients and team members. • Supporting mobile tyre call-out operations as training progresses. • Keeping the workshop clean, safe, and organised at all times. • Following all health and safety guidelines and company procedures. • Reporting any defects, safety issues, or equipment faults to the supervisor immediately. ??? Skills & Personal Attributes • Keen interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn. • Good practical and manual dexterity skills. • Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable. • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Good communication and customer service skills. ??? Experience & Qualifications • No prior experience required – full training will be provided. • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential for entry-level). • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage. • Must be aged 18–21 for training and development scheme eligibility.
