Vision for Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work across a well-regarded school setting in the Lydney area, covering both primary and secondary pupils. This Learning Support Assistant role offers a great mix of hands-on experience and flexibility, ideal for anyone considering a future in education, SEND, youth work or care. About the role • Working as a Learning Support Assistant across a mixed age school environment • Supporting pupils with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH and communication difficulties • Providing 1:1 support, small group work and general classroom assistance • Helping pupils stay engaged, manage routines and build confidence • Working alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment • Term time only with a mix of short and longer term placements available You’ll be joining a setting where smaller groups, clear expectations and strong pastoral support help pupils feel secure and ready to learn.
