About the Role
As a Panel Technician, you’ll carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
You’ll work within a professional bodyshop environment using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehiclesReplace, repair, and align vehicle panels to manufacturer specificationsComplete repairs using approved accident repair methods and techniquesUse welding equipment including MIG/MAG welding systemsEnsure all repairs meet quality and safety standardsWork efficiently to productivity targets while maintaining excellent workmanshipCollaborate with painters, MET technicians, estimators, and workshop teamsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWhat We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates with:
Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshopStrong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniquesExperience with MIG/MAG welding and structural repair workATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications (preferred but not essential)Excellent attention to detailA strong work ethic and positive attitudeThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamApply Today
