This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced School Administrator to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. As a School Administrator, you will: • Manage front-of-house reception duties and welcome visitors. • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. • Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using school management systems. • Support attendance monitoring and administrative reporting. • Assist with admissions, correspondence, and general office administration. • Work closely with school leaders, staff, parents, and external agencies. Requirements: • Previous experience working as a School Administrator or in an administrative role within an educational setting. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems such as SIMS is desirable. • Ability to work efficiently in a busy school environment.
