So, what will you be doing?
As an integral member of our East Anglia team, your primary responsibilitieswill centre around HV/LV installations and the oversight of our field operations. More specifically, you will:Develop meticulous switching programs and actively contribute to the testing and commissioning of HV/LV distribution systems, including switching operations.
Champion a culture of safety by implementing robust safety practices, reporting incidents, conducting risk assessments, andfacilitatingaudits to ensure a positive Health and Safety environment.
Play a pivotal role in team development and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with the management team to elevate team performance.
