About the Role
You will be a vital part of the classroom team, providing support to students, whether it's one-on-one, in small groups, or for the entire class. Key duties include:
* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities, displays, and continuous provision.
* Upholding behavior standards.
* Creating and delivering learning materials.
* Providing regular feedback to the teaching staff.
Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics and continuous provision is a plus.

Essential Requirements
* Relevant Qualifications: NVQ or Cache Certificate at Level 2/3.
* Experience: Previous classroom or nursery experience.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* References: Two professional references from the last five years (one must be a child-based safeguarding reference).
