* Using ICT and specialist resources to enhance pupil learning.
* Collaborating with external professionals and supporting parental engagement.
What You\'ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HLTA who:
* Has a good general education (5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above).
* Holds HLTA status or Qualified Teacher Status.
* Is a qualified first aider.
* Has a minimum of 2 years\' experience supporting children in a classroom setting.
* Understands the principles of child development and the barriers to learning.
* Can use a range of strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
* Is an effective communicator with both pupils and adults.
* Has strong ICT skills and the ability to support learning through technology.
* Demonstrates initiative, collaboration, and a commitment to professional development.

Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting learning and complementing the professional work of teachers across the school. This role involves leading whole-class sessions under supervision, of Respect, Opportunity, Collaboration and Aspiration.
