Job title: social & content manager
about sips.™
Sips is a bold new accessories and hydration brand launching in June 2025 (instagram @hellosips)
At the heart of our launch is a beautifully designed 480ml BPA-free Tritan bottle wrapped in a tactile TPE leather-effect bumper. Available in 11 curated colours and three aesthetic “Edits” (Colourpop, Pastel, Cult), Sips is more than a bottle - it’s an everyday lifestyle object. Think hydration meets handbag essential.
We’ve created Sips to slot seamlessly into workdays, coffee runs, dog walks, and gym bags. The product is fashion-forward, functional, and endlessly customisable with future straps, charms, and add-ons planned.
We’re now looking for our first full-time social & content manager to launch and build the Sips brand from the ground up.
role overview
As social & content manager, you’ll own the full digital presence of Sips. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can straddle strategy and execution, and who thrives in building an engaged community from zero.
You’ll develop our social media identity, lead photo/video shoots, drive user-generated content (UGC), and work with our paid ads agency to ensure creative is performance-ready. You’ll also shape our brand voice, tone, and launch comms across social, web, and email.
This is your chance to help craft one of the most stylish new wellness brands in the UK and US.
