As a Helpdesk Operator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of helpdesk services within a busy healthcare setting. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Undertaking telephone calls in a busy Hospital Helpdesk
* Responsible for ensuring all tasks are logged accurately and allocated to correct operative
* Ensuring all calls are answered promptly, politely and professionally
* Ensuring all tasks are closed off in a timely manner
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations

* Have previous experience within a similar role either in Customer Service or Call Centre environment
* Have excellent communicational and IT Skills
