Job Title: Phlebotomy Receptionist

Salary: £24,320 - £24,465 per annum

We are looking to recruit a Phlebotomy Receptionist across Basildon and Southend University Hospital for a 6 months fixed term contract (Maternity Cover).

As a Phlebotomy Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting patients
* Booking patients
* Giving advice and information for specimens and samples
* Direct patients to appropriate areas of the hospital
* Providing general assistance to the phlebotomy team
* Providing a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
The Phlebotomy Service runs between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. and will include a weekend rotation for Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday work; therefore, flexibility is essential.
