Job Title: EC&I CAD Technician - AutoCAD Electrical Location: Brighton or remote working available (UK) Rate: £35-£40ph LTD(Outside IR35) Contract: 3-6 months with possibility for extension Hours: 40 hours per week Sectors: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical (Hazardous Areas - ATEX / DSEAR) Start date: ASAP Technical Partners are seeking a skilled EC&I CAD Technician with strong AutoCAD Electrical experience to support industrial automation, control, and safety system projects across critical industrial and national infrastructure assets. Key Responsibilities The role will involve producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCADand updating electrical and instrumentation drawings including: Single line diagrams Control panel designs Loop drawings Termination diagrams Cable schedules Electrical schematics You'll also: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop clear technical documentation. Ensure drawings meet company and client standards, specifications, and quality requirements. Essential Skills & Experience Proficiency in AutoCADElectrical Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
