This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-8 years PQE to join a thriving Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
? The Role:
As part of this dynamic and well-respected department, you'll work closely with both employer and employee clients, providing expert advice on:
1. Employment contracts, policies, and procedures
2. Disciplinary and grievance issues
3. Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
4. TUPE and restructuring
5. Settlement agreements
6. Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
? What We're Looking For:
7. 2-8 years PQE in Employment Law
8. A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
9. Excellent client care and communication skills
10. A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
11. The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
