Our team is concerned with how the transition to a low carbon future impacts society. We explore themes such as climate justice, just transition, economic restructuring, equity, social license to operate, social performance, social value and social investment. We work across sectors including transport, finance, tech, renewable energy and government organisations. Examples of our diverse clients include SSE, RWE, World Bank, Google, Microsoft, DESNZ, Equinor, HS2 Ltd and Shell. Design and deliver programmes of stakeholder and community engagement Lead and contribute to business development activities, through the development of proposals, client presentations, and technical marketing initiatives Lead impact assessments covering themes such as socio-economics, population, health and wellbeing and equalities Work with junior consultants to develop their competencies and skills Manage and deliver small discrete projects and specific deliverables on larger projects Why join ERM? Degree qualification in a relevant discipline Experience of social and economic impact assessments Knowledge of UK planning and consenting regimes including EIA, TCPA and DCO Experience and interest in stakeholder engagement, consultation and communications Excellent report writing, analytical and inter-personal skills Understanding of the "S" component of ESGs Demonstrable experience working within cross-cultural teams and environments Fluent in spoken and written English - additional language skills would be advantageous LI-LH1 LI-Hybrid
