About the Role
Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, will help you succeed in this role. Experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working on customers’ vehicles in our car park and bikes in-store
2. Providing fitting services, including car parts, technology, cycle building, and servicing
3. Developing practical problem-solving skills and working efficiently
Candidate Profile
Experience in retail sales and delivering excellent customer service is desirable. A proactive approach to assisting customers and understanding their needs is essential. Availability to work on a rota, including weekends, is required. Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair, as well as experience in achieving sales targets, is a plus.
