Key Duties and Responsibilities * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence * Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible. * Prepare, format and distribute documents, reports and presentations as required. * Scanning of documents * Provide general administrative assistance to various teams within the manufacturing and production setting as required.
