Job Opportunity: HR & Payroll Professional
We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is an advantage).
2. Managing the Employee Journey from offer stage to end of probation.
3. Administering benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loans.
4. Reporting and data analysis, with experience in Business Object software being advantageous.
Our client offers excellent training, and we are seeking immediately available candidates. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in professional institutes or membership organisations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
