Extensive knowledge of SQL, including the ability to articulate and use the latest versions and features of SQL Server and Azure SQL. Experience developing with cloud technologies such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric, with awareness of graph database approaches. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. A pivotal role in implementing the data strategy, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the team. Ability to provide support, coaching, and mentoring to new and junior team members.
