1. Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew.
2. Support the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
3. Create an 'above and beyond' experience for your team and foster a positive working environment.
4. Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and experience, handling complaints promptly and honestly.
5. Lead by example, working hands-on with the team on the line and floor.
6. Support your General Manager and contribute to store results.
7. Own your P&L, driving sales and controlling costs.
8. Manage daily operations with a focus on long-term planning.
9. Lead with our values and develop your team to build a strong talent pipeline.
