We’re looking to recruit a Temporary Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team, delivering outstanding Reablement, Crisis, and Short-Term Support to up to 23 individuals who use our services.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding, dynamic, and versatile role where you’ll work directly with people staying at the centre to help them identify and achieve their own goals. You’ll support them on their journey to greater independence, working in a ‘do with’ way rather than ‘do for’, ensuring dignity, choice, and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing overnight support and reassurance
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Working both independently and as part of a team
Ensuring the service is responsive and person-centred
Maintaining accurate records and effective handovers
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, committed individual with a caring nature
Ability to work confidently alone and collaboratively with others
Good literacy and numeracy skills (support available if needed)
Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care is desirable – but if you don’t have it, we’ll help you achieve it!
