Carbon60 is seeking a skilled Aerostructure Cost Engineer to join their clients dynamic team based in Filton. As an Aerostructure Cost Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's cost-effectiveness initiatives across various Airbus programs. The Aerostructure Cost Engineer will be responsible for producing accurate recurring and non-recurring cost estimates for the A220 Design to Cost projects, enabling the company to make informed business decisions. This role will also involve supporting cost modelling, specifically for Composites manufacturing processes, and participating in Design to Cost workshops to provide key recommendations for cost-effective solutions. This is a contract position until October 2026, with both PAYE and Umbrella rates available. There is hybrid working available with this position but this will be once the successful candidate is settled into the role.
