Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated and proactive Business Development Specialist to join a growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of commercial strategy, client interaction, and hands-on involvement. With a competitive base salary and an OTE of an additional £12K, this is your chance to make a real impact while advancing your career.
* Competitive base salary IRO of £34,000-£38,000 with an additional OTE of £12K.

Responsibilities
* Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company’s growth.
* Lead Management: Work with a hot CRM system to prospect, follow up on leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
* Client Visits: Occasionally visit clients (approximately once a week) to discuss projects and strengthen relationships.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
* Commercial Focus: Dedicate 75% of your efforts to commercial activities, driving revenue and expanding the client base.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Comfortable with occasional physical tasks, such as assisting with product transportation.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Day-to-Day
* Prospecting and following up on leads using a robust CRM system.
* Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
* Occasionally visiting clients to discuss ongoing or potential projects.
* Contributing to the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities.
