The Role
As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing clarity, support or help navigating their account. You’ll resolve a wide range of queries and complaints across email, phone, and chat — taking full ownership from first contact to resolution.
You’ll also play a key role in improving the product. Customer insights drive our operational, product and communication decisions — and you’ll help shape that feedback loop.
What You’ll Do
* Provide empathetic, human support to customers via email, phone and chat
* Own customer issues fully — no passing the buck
* Manage and resolve complaints, including investigations and supplier communication
* Handle billing questions, water services queries, account changes, cancellations and refunds
* Spot recurring issues and share insights with Product, Operations and Engineering
* Turn frustrated customers into brand advocates through clear communication and follow-through
* Contribute to continuous improvement via “Fix It Friday” sessions
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in customer support, service or complaints
* Strong communication — clear, simple, human
* Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple cases
* Ownership mindset and attention to detail!
* Experience with multi-channel support tools (Zendesk/Intercom or similar)
