Role: Advanced Team Leader
Location: Knottingley, Wakefield
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £31,785 / £16.30 per hour

* Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
* Build a positive and person-centred environment.
* Grow and champion our Advanced Support Workers.
* Build rotas to make sure the teams covered.
* Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support.
* Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely.
* Bring in new team members and support them to thrive.
* Work with our HR team to celebrate success and overcome challenges.
